REQUIREMENTS


  • 3+ years of experience in B2B outbound, demand generation, revenue operations, growth marketing, or sales operations.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound campaign platforms such as Smartlead, Instantly, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot CRM.
  • Experience with ZoomInfo or similar B2B data platforms.
  • Experience building account-based marketing (ABM) or account-based outbound programs.
  • Understanding of email deliverability, domain reputation, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and inbox management.
  • Experience building lead qualification and routing processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on funnel metrics and conversion data.


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE


  • Experience with Clay or similar enrichment and signal-monitoring platforms.
  • Experience selling or marketing enterprise software, ERP, SaaS, or consulting services.
  • Understanding of SAP ecosystem.
  • Experience targeting C-level prospects


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and continuously refine company’s ICPs for product matrix.
  • Build and manage target account lists using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other data sources.
  • Design and execute signal-based outbound programs targeting companies actively evaluating SAP initiatives.
  • Identify and monitor buying signals, and embed them into personalized messaging strategy
  • Build and optimize multi-touch outbound email sequences.
  • Manage outbound infrastructure, including domains, inboxes, deliverability, and campaign performance.
  • Maintain data quality, segmentation, enrichment, and CRM synchronization.
  • Develop lead scoring and qualification workflows.
  • Create automated processes that route engaged prospects to SDRs.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve conversion rates throughout the funnel.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, and SAP subject matter experts to improve messaging and targeting.
