The Role

We’re hiring an Outbound Caller to set appointments for our sales team. You’ll work through a steady queue of home improvement contractors, introduce LHI, and book demos on our Account Executives’ calendars. This is a high-activity, phone-first role for someone who’s comfortable dialing, confident on the phone, and motivated to hit a daily number.

You won’t be cold-calling into the void — you’ll work from provided lead lists, with scripts, training, and a CRM that keeps your day organized.

What You’ll Do

  •  Make a high volume of outbound calls to home improvement contractors from provided lead lists
  •  Introduce LHI clearly and confidently, and gauge each contractor’s interest
  •  Book qualified appointments on the sales team’s calendars
  •  Log every call and appointment accurately in HubSpot
  •  Hit weekly goals for conversations held and appointments set

What We’re Looking For

  •  Previous outbound calling, appointment-setting, telemarketing, or phone sales experience       preferred
  • A clear, confident, friendly phone presence
  •  Comfort with high call volume and a consistent daily rhythm
  •  Organized and reliable — you log your work and keep the calendar full
  •  Coachable and open to feedback
  •  Comfortable working in a CRM (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  •  Self-motivated and dependable, especially in a remote setting
  •  Bonus points for experience in home improvement, contracting, home services, or financing

Compensation

  •  Hourly base pay — $20
  •  Originator bonus — earn a bonus for every qualified appointment that the prospect attends
