Infosys Public Services is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) / Training Lead to join our team.
Required years of experience, training, technical skills, and other requirements for job performance:
Design and implement an Organizational Change Management strategy aligned with project objectives.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering all aspects of the system, including operations, financial reconciliation, audit, and maintenance.
Create training curricula, instructor guides, and user materials tailored to diverse audiences (e.g. operational staff, and management).
Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars for end-users and stakeholders.
Develop job aids, quick reference guides, and e-learning modules to support ongoing learning.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure training materials reflect the latest system functionality and business processes.
Establish feedback mechanisms to measure training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
Manage change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations to ensure smooth adoption.
7 Years of experience in the public sector creating organizational change management programs or training programs and curricula on enterprise system solutions.
3 years of experience in a role similar to the one proposed for this project (e.g., OCM Lead, Training Lead, or equivalent).
Demonstrated experience in tollway, transportation, or comparable industries with a strong customer and systems focus.
Proven ability to develop and deliver training for complex systems involving multiple functional areas.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in training tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, e-learning authoring tools, virtual training technologies).
Training Lead Best Practices:
Develop a role-based training strategy and plan that aligns learner groups, learning objectives, delivery methods, timing, and ownership with the implementation roadmap.
Conduct training needs and audience analyses to identify knowledge gaps, accessibility needs, language considerations, and appropriate learning paths.
Establish training governance, including content standards, review and approval workflows, version control, and traceability to business processes and system requirements.
Use a blended learning approach that combines instructor-led training, virtual sessions, e-learning, simulations, practice exercises, office hours, and performance-support materials.
Maintain a training environment and realistic data that enable hands-on practice without affecting production operations or sensitive information.
Implement a train-the-trainer and knowledge-transfer model with clear instructor readiness criteria, facilitation guidance, and quality checks.
Coordinate training schedules with rollout waves, operational constraints, release readiness, and stakeholder availability; track enrollment, attendance, completion, and exceptions.
Measure learning effectiveness through assessments, learner feedback, proficiency checks, adoption indicators, and post-training performance data, and use the results for continuous improvement.
Plan post-go-live reinforcement through refresher training, coaching, office hours, updated job aids, and a sustainable content maintenance process.
Identify and mitigate training risks early, including content delays, low participation, limited instructor capacity, environment readiness, and competing operational priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in leading OCM and training initiatives within public sector environments.
Strong understanding of government operations, compliance, and stakeholder dynamics.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR, MS Project, JIRA,) and training methodologies
Educational Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education. Candidates who have completed a Master's degree program are strongly preferred.
The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
The estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows: $154,375 to $193,125
