The Custom Order Entry Specialist provides end-to-end operational support for custom orders, with a primary focus on collegiate athlete accounts. This role partners closely with sales to create accurate quotes, enter and monitor orders, coordinate artwork approvals, resolve payment or product availability issues, and support customers from initial inquiry through fulfillment and returns. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, timely and professional communication, and consistent follow-through across customers and internal partners in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
ResponsibilitiesThis role follows normal business hours, typically Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some reasonable flexibility. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from any suitable location, provided you maintain a professional work setting and are not working from environments such as a car whenever possible. Equipment is provided to support your remote work. The engagement is structured as a rolling contract and can become a very long-term opportunity, with an average tenure of more than 2.5 years, offering strong resume-building potential. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
