We partner with Sales and various internal stakeholders (Legal, Deal Desk, Product Managers, Billing etc.) to fulfil the requirements of creating a complete and compliant Akamai order.
We advise on and review all required approvals, existing customer details, contractual product information, pricing, general contract structure and opportunity details to enable us to build and provide Sales Representatives with approved paperwork.

Help us achieve our goals

As an Order Analyst, you will be a go-to person for sales for all ordering related topics, especially creation of the paperwork. Every document that our customers will sign, will go through your review to ensure its accuracy and compliance.

As an Order Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Cooperating daily with sales teams to determine optimal contract structures and assist with existing customer renewals
• Gathering feedback from sales to efficiently convert client requirements into valid, compliant orders and contracts
• Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to review and secure approvals for both standard and non-standard deals
• Monitoring and auditing in-process sales orders to guarantee completeness, accuracy, and adherence to internal policies
• Acting as a SME on selling policies and deal terms, while proactively identifying opportunities to streamline the order process.
• Staying up to date with Akamai's product portfolio, pricing, and features to advise sales teams on order-related issues.

• Have enthusiasm for Quote-to-Cash and Order Management world and understanding processes end-to-end
• Present excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Demonstrate advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems independently, take initiative, and maintain a curious, continuous-learning mindset
• Manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic, evolving environment while collaborating seamlessly with diverse, cross-cultural global teams
• Combine relevant educational or equivalent professional experience with familiarity in Salesforce and Siebel
