The lead will manage the integration between a federal client's Financial Management Support System and the U.S. Treasury G-Invoicing platform. Responsibilities include configuring transaction flows, performing system testing, and ensuring successful deployment and hypercare support.
The Opportunity
At i360technologies, we are seeking an Oracle G-Invoicing Integration Lead (Key Personnel) to lead integration between a federal client's Financial Management Support System (FMSS) and the U.S. Department of the Treasury G-Invoicing platform. FMSS runs Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financials Release 12.2.12 in AWS GovCloud (FedRAMP).
This remote role owns the Treasury interface across configuration, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare. The selected candidate will configure G-Invoicing capabilities, integrate transaction and settlement flows, produce interface documentation, and coordinate with the program office and FMSS contractors. As named key personnel, the candidate is expected to remain throughout the engagement.
What You Will Do
- Implement and configure Oracle G-Invoicing for Treasury servicing, including General Terms and Conditions (GT&C) Agreements and Orders.
- Build order and performance transaction integrations between FMSS and Treasury G-Invoicing; configure IPAC settlement and related Treasury interfaces.
- Integrate G-Invoicing with Oracle General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, and Projects; perform required integration security configuration.
- Produce Interface Control Documents and Integration Design Documentation; maintain configuration evidence, audit trails, and compliance screenshots.
- Support unit, system integration, UAT, and Treasury-interface testing; troubleshoot and resolve interface defects.
- Migrate configurations, integrations, data, open GT&Cs, and Orders to production; provide hypercare; and coordinate changes, releases, testing, decisions, and escalation using approved processes and tools.
Required Qualifications
- S. citizenship is required for all personnel assigned to this contract.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience implementing or integrating Treasury G-Invoicing or a comparable federal interagency transaction interface.
- Experience with integration and interface configuration involving Treasury systems.
Preferred Experience
- Oracle certification preferred, but not required.
- Experience supporting federal financial management programs.
- Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financials and intragovernmental buy/sell transactions.
What Success Looks Like
- G-Invoicing transaction and IPAC settlement flows are configured, integrated, and tested end to end.
- Interface designs, configuration records, audit evidence, and migration inventories are complete and traceable.
- Open GT&Cs and Orders transition successfully, and hypercare supports stable production operations.
