The Opportunity:
Program Overview. The Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC) program is a mission-critical SaaS transformation initiative modernizing the U.S. Marine Corps' logistics, supply chain, and sustainment operations through Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM. As the Marine Corps transitions to next-generation cloud logistics, this program directly supports warfighter readiness by ensuring equipment, assets, and fleets remain mission-capable through smarter, data-driven maintenance practices. CACI is proud to deliver the technology backbone that keeps Marines equipped and ready.
Position Summary. CACI is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion SCM Developer with deep, hands-on expertise in the Oracle Fusion Maintenance module to design and configure preventative maintenance (PM) solutions that directly support USMC readiness. This is not a generalist SCM role — we need someone who truly understands maintenance: PM scheduling, asset lifecycle management, work order execution, and how predictive analytics can transform reactive maintenance into proactive, condition-based strategies. Your configurations will directly influence how the Marine Corps maintains its critical assets and fleets.

Responsibilities:
• Design and configure Oracle Fusion Maintenance module components: Work Orders, Asset Maintenance, Maintenance Programs, and Work Definitions
• Architect preventative maintenance (PM) schedules and lifecycle management strategies for USMC assets
• Incorporate predictive analytics and condition-based maintenance triggers to enhance PM effectiveness
• Build and maintain OTBI/BI Publisher reports and dashboards to track maintenance KPIs and asset health
• Configure Fusion using Application Composer and Visual Builder Studio to extend maintenance functionality
• Gather requirements directly from USMC logistics stakeholders to translate operational needs into system configurations
• Support SIT/UAT testing cycles, troubleshoot defects, and validate maintenance workflows
• Document functional and technical specifications for maintenance configurations
• Collaborate within an Agile team structure alongside functional leads, BAs, and testers
• Ensure all configurations align with DoD data security and compliance standards

Qualifications:

Required:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically in the Oracle Fusion Maintenance module
• Demonstrated expertise designing preventative maintenance programs in an asset-intensive environment
• Proficiency with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion reporting tools
• Hands-on configuration experience with Application Composer and Visual Builder Studio
• Must be eligible to pass a T3 background investigation
• U.S. Citizenship required

Desired:
• Active Secret clearance strongly preferred
• Oracle Cloud certifications (SCM Cloud, Maintenance Cloud)
• Experience with predictive analytics/IoT tools (e.g., condition-based monitoring, sensor-driven maintenance triggers)
• Prior experience with GCSS-MC, GCSS-Army, or other military logistics ERP systems
• Agile/SAFe experience or certification
