Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing daily administrative and operational functions by coordinating workflow, preparing reports, maintaining productivity metrics, and supporting office operations. Oversee onboarding, employee records, client communications, and provide management support while ensuring timely resolution of operational and client needs. Represent AM Lien Solutions with professionalism and integrity while driving employee engagement initiatives, maintaining compliance, and supporting organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assign and manage lien files to ensure timely and accurate workflow distribution
• Prepare, analyze, collect, and present daily and weekly reports and performance metrics
• Oversee office supplies, administer the mail processing, and upload and monitor returned mail
• Maintain productivity metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports to support employee evaluations and operational decision-making
• Provide operational support and management coverage as needed
• Assist with rushes, client issues, and run client reports for review by clients and internal executives
• Schedule, coordinate, and conduct meetings, onboardings, employee reviews, and other business
• Serve as a primary point of communication with clients, employees, and vendors for timely and professional correspondence
• Perform data research, run and plug numbers for reports, and review PTO reports in ADP
• Review resumes, keep track of employment onboardings and candidates, document emails and conversations, handle promotions and demotions, and provide feedback to employees
• Propose and plan social and holiday programs for the AMLS team, including setting a budget
• Prepare offer templates, finalize and send offer letters, and conduct audits with Human Resources
• Represent AM Lien Solutions and our clients with respect and integrity
• Additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 or more years of experience as a claims team lead, litigation manager, or similar role
• Prior experience as a workers' compensation claims professional

• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of California Workers’ Compensation law
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and an employee time management system (like ADP)

• Highly motivated, results-driven, high-energy, and a sense of urgency
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently with little supervision

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to outstanding customer service
• Strong writing, proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills

This is a fast-paced position that requires critical thinking and problem-solving skills. This role must also work collaboratively with management, hearing reps, and staff at all levels to achieve goals.

Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000
