About the Role

We're looking for an Operations Analyst to join our Transfers team. You'll ensure the safe and accurate handling of client money through daily reconciliations and the smooth processing of ISA transfers — protecting client assets, maintaining regulatory compliance, and giving customers confidence that their investments are managed with care and accuracy.

This role is ideal for someone who's rigorous, detail-oriented and process-driven, who investigates issues rather than waiting for them to resolve, and who thrives on getting things right first time under daily deadlines.

You'll work closely with our Operations and Client Services teams and with external counterparties (ISA providers), with the autonomy to own daily reconciliations and transfers end to end, escalating exceptions where needed.

What You'll Do

  • Complete accurate daily reconciliations by the daily cut-off, maintaining a full audit trail

  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, escalating exceptions where appropriate

  • Process ISA transfers within SLA, keeping cases moving smoothly

  • Resolve transfer rejections promptly, aiming to close them within 2 business days

  • Process ISA History Forms (IHFs) accurately to maintain correct ISA allowance updates

  • Collaborate with Operations, Client Services and external counterparties to progress cases without delays

  • Continuously improve reconciliation and transfer processes to reduce breaks and operational risk

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation; completes reconciliations and transfers without errors and keeps a clear audit trail

  • Problem-solving ability; identifies and investigates breaks, and escalates when necessary

  • Excellent time management; consistently meets daily cut-offs and regulatory deadlines

  • Confident with Excel and reconciliation / operations platforms

  • Clear communicator who shares information effectively across Operations, Client Services and external parties

  • English fluency (C1 level and above) — we are a UK-based company, and the role involves regular communication with the team

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, investment platforms, brokerage or wealth-management operations

  • Familiarity with ISA transfer processes and the UK regulatory environment

  • Experience using reconciliation platforms and ops tooling
