In this role, you will lead flagship onboarding enablement tools including the New Cru Guide, the Manager Hub, the Manager Onboarding Toolkit, and help produce cohort programs like Crusoe Manager Bootcamp. You will partner closely with People Team leadership, IT, Workplace, and HRBPs to ensure every new hire and manager at Crusoe receives a high-touch, consistent, and inspiring experience.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Cohort Programs & Bootcamps: Direct content curation, logistics, speaker coordination, and execution for cohort programs, including the Crusoe Manager Bootcamp and location-specific orientations.

  • Weekly Orientation Architecture: Oversee weekly orientation operations across HQ and regional sites, including facilitator rosters, presentation decks, schedules, and calendar events

  • Manager & New Hire Communications: Manage week-1 manager/new-hire automated communications, Slack campaigns, and global onboarding inquiries.

  • Swag & Hospitality Operations: Maintain vendor relationships and swag inventory trackers across all physical orientation hubs

  • Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular onboarding survey analysis, manager roundtables, and focus groups with IT and Benefits partners to continuously eliminate friction points.

  • Presentation Content Maintenance: Update and maintain the weekly onboarding presentation for US and EMEA locations.

  • Compliance Operations: Support I-9 verification checks for new cohorts and E-Verify processing as needed

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Experience: 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, employee onboarding, program management, or manager enablement in a fast-growing technology or industrial environment.

  • Program & Product Ownership: Proven track record of designing, launching, and managing digital enablement hubs, guides, or LMS/Confluence resources that employees love using.

  • Operational Precision: Exceptional detail orientation and organizational discipline when juggling multi-site event logistics, communication workflows, and data across HRIS/ticketing systems (Rippling, Workday, Jira, Confluence).

  • Communication & Facilitation: Outstanding written communication skills with an empathetic tone, and confidence facilitating interactive group sessions and manager workshops.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to build trust and influence across IT, Workplace, Recruiting, Legal, Payroll, and executive leaders.

  • Experience supporting hybrid, multi-site, or manufacturing onboarding programs.

  • Experience with HRIS system transitions or workflow automation tools.
