OMP Techno-Functional Solution Architect

This is a remote position.

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking OMP Techno-Functional Solution Architect to lead the design and evolution of a global supply chain planning platform for IBM.

This is a high-impact role where you will act as the architectural authority, bridging business strategy with advanced optimization technology. You will drive the end-to-end architecture, configuration, and integration of the OMP Unison Planning suite, enabling intelligent, data-driven decision-making across a complex global supply chain.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain technology implementation
  
• Minimum 4+ years in a Lead or Solution Architect role within OMP environments
  
• Advanced expertise in OPAL, SQL, and database optimisation
  
• Strong experience integrating OMP with SAP (PP/DS, MM, SD) or similar ERP systems
  
• Familiarity with Python or C++ is highly advantageous
  
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end global OMP implementations
  

Functional Knowledge

• Deep understanding of supply chain processes including:
  • S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
    
  • Demand Planning & Demand Sensing
    
  • Finite Production Scheduling
    
• Strong grasp of APICS/ASCM principles
