Office Assistant to US Warehouse(Remote)

Lux Decor Collection is a fast-growing international e-commerce company serving customers across multiple marketplaces in the United States. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to our US Office to join our remote team.

This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of trucking and logistics experience who enjoys coordinating multiple tasks, solving order-related issues, and ensuring smooth delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage customer orders store-wise with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with delivery agents, trucking companies, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries across the US.
• Handle delivery-related correspondence and follow up on shipments when required.
• Coordinate internally with relevant teams regarding order issues, exceptions, complaints, or customer concerns.
• Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation related to orders and deliveries.
• Monitor ongoing shipments and proactively address any operational challenges.

Requirements:
✔ 2–3 years of experience in trucking, logistics, dispatch, or delivery coordination.
✔ Strong communication and coordination skills.
✔ Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
✔ Strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
✔ Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
