In this role, you will: 

• Lead assessment and optimization of onboarding and activation processes.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for scalability.
• Develop and implement future-state operating model recommendations.
• Manage end-to-end customer onboarding and activation activities.
• Track program milestones, timelines, and key success metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, IT, and customer stakeholders.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status updates, and executive communications.
• Develop and execute change management, communication, and adoption strategies.
• Support training, readiness, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Establish reporting and performance measurement frameworks.
• Document processes, procedures, and knowledge transfer plans.

• Drive issue resolution and remove barriers impacting program success.

   

Who You Are: 

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Change Management, Organizational Transformation, or Business Process Improvement.
• Proven experience leading large-scale business transformation or customer onboarding initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience working across business and technical teams.
• Ability to operate strategically while managing tactical execution.
• Experience developing operational processes, governance, and performance metrics.
• Strong facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
