Outsourcing Advantage is a boutique business process outsourcing (BPO) firm specializing in back-office and customer support services for US-based companies. is seeking a NYS Real Estate Property Title Insurance Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of property title documentation for our clients. You will work closely with a collaborative team to streamline processes and resolve title-related issues efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in preparing and reviewing title insurance policies, building loan continuations, and related documents
• Conduct title searches and prepare title abstracts to verify property ownership
• Review surveys and perform survey readings
• Prepare and review closing packages
• Ensure compliance with New York State title insurance regulations and guidelines
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the title process
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Respond to inquiries and resolve title-related issues in a timely manner

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience in title insurance or title search work
• Hands-on experience conducting real estate title searches and preparing title abstracts
• Knowledge of New York State title insurance laws and regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Asana
• Experience using title insurance software
• Advanced English proficiency (CEFR C1 or higher, verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TrackerPro title insurance software
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
