Key Responsibilities
As a dedicated support representative, you will act as the crucial touchpoint between customers and the brand, converting everyday queries into outstanding service moments.
- Inbound Service: Assist Norwegian-speaking clients across phone, email, and live messaging—handling inquiries regarding order status, warranties, product specs, deliveries, and initial device configurations.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Listen carefully to user problems involving smart tech and appliances, diagnose root causes, provide clear step-by-step guidance, or route complex repair cases to technical specialists.
- Data Management: Log every interaction, issue, and solution accurately in the CRM database to preserve complete account histories.
- Brand Representation: Keep up to date with new product releases, feature rollouts, and corporate values, communicating them with genuine warmth and professionalism.
- Skill Building: Participate in fully paid, ongoing training workshops to keep your technical know-how and communication skills sharp.

Requirements
