Project Scope

We are seeking a NOAH Audiology Systems Support Analyst to support a multi-location ENT audiology practice through a period of significant growth. This role will provide dedicated technical support for the NOAH platform and its connected hearing aid manufacturer modules across a network of audiologists spanning multiple clinic locations.

Position Summary

The NOAH Audiology Systems Support Analyst will serve as the primary technical resource responsible for supporting audiologists in their day-to-day use of the NOAH platform, troubleshooting connectivity issues between NOAH and manufacturer-specific fitting modules, and ensuring clinical workflows remain uninterrupted. This individual will work closely with audiology staff across multiple locations to resolve technical issues, support onboarding of new users, and help scale support as the practice grows. The ideal candidate brings hands-on NOAH experience, a strong understanding of ENT audiology workflows, and the ability to troubleshoot complex module connectivity issues independently in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for the NOAH platform across a multi-location audiology practice.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues between NOAH and manufacturer-specific hearing aid fitting modules including Cochlear, ReSound Smart Fit, Compass GPS, and others.
  • Support audiologists with patient management workflows, test session documentation, and module navigation within NOAH.
  • Assist with onboarding new audiology staff to the NOAH platform and associated modules as the practice expands.
  • Identify, document, and escalate recurring technical issues and system anomalies.
  • Coordinate with hearing aid manufacturers and vendors to resolve module-specific connectivity or compatibility issues.
  • Support the transition and expansion of NOAH usage as the organization acquires and integrates a new ENT practice.
  • Maintain documentation of support activities, issue resolutions, and workflow guidance.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with the NOAH platform required.
  • Strong understanding of ENT audiology workflows and clinical operations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot module connectivity issues across multiple hearing aid manufacturer platforms.
  • Experience supporting clinical staff in a multi-location healthcare environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests simultaneously in a remote setting.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and clinical audiences.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with hearing aid manufacturer fitting modules such as Cochlear, ReSound Smart Fit, Compass GPS, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting NOAH ES cloud-enabled environments.
  • Background in ENT, audiology, or hearing care IT support.
  • Experience supporting practice expansions, acquisitions, or multi-site onboarding efforts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL database environments.
