The consultancy aims to support UNICEF’s social listening activities to better understand the needs, perceptions, behaviours and barriers affecting vulnerable children and families and inform programme planning and implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS / SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE/ COMPETENCIES (CORE/TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL) / LANGUAGE SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE ASSIGNMENT
Education: in social sciences (sociology, anthropology, psychology, education, communication) or another relevant technical field (marketing).
Work Experience: A minimum of three years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas is required: digital engagement, social marketing.
Knowledge/Expertise/Skills:
Knowledge of social listening and social listening tools (YouScan) is required.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Romanian and English is required.
