New Business Executive – Energy and Utility Solutions
Location: Elland, UK (remote within UK)

World Kinect is looking for a New Business Executive to join our growing UK sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global leader and play a key role in expanding our client base across SME and corporate markets.

About the role
As a New Business Executive, you will focus on generating and winning new business by promoting a broad range of solutions, including energy brokerage, water, and utility services. You will be responsible for building your own pipeline, engaging with prospective customers, and converting opportunities into long term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities across the UK
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound calls, meetings, and networking
  • Deliver against individual sales targets in a high performance environment
  • Present tailored energy and utility solutions to prospective clients
  • Develop long term customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience

About you

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within energy, utilities, or sustainability solutions
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Highly proactive with a hunter mentality and drive to win new business
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship building skills
  • Resilient and motivated in a competitive, fast paced sales environment
  • Good commercial awareness with strong numerical and analytical skills
