Position Summary
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding Global Water Solutions' presence in the Vietnam market. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role requiring a proactive sales professional who can independently identify business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and execute the company's sales strategy.
The successful candidate will work closely with distributors, OEMs, contractors, consultants, and end users across industrial, commercial, HVAC, water treatment, and related sectors to increase market share and achieve sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the territory sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share objectives in Vietnam.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for pressure tanks, filtration products, and related solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, OEMs, contractors, consultants, EPCs, and end users.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and customer engagement to quotation, negotiation, and closing.
- Conduct regular customer visits and provide technical product presentations and commercial support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the technical, product management, customer service, and operations teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, market intelligence reports, and business reviews for management.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, industry events, seminars, and customer engagement activities to strengthen brand presence.
- Ensure excellent after-sales support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor payment collections and coordinate with the finance team to minimize overdue receivables.
- Travel extensively within Vietnam and occasionally across Southeast Asia as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within industrial products, pressure tanks, pumps, filtration, HVAC, water treatment, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets within the Vietnam market.
- Strong understanding of pressure vessels, pressure tanks, filtration systems, or industrial water applications.
- Established network within industrial sectors including HVAC, water treatment, manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, or related markets.
- Excellent command of Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.

- Willingness to travel frequently throughout Vietnam.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international manufacturing or industrial companies.
- Knowledge of ASME, ISO, or other pressure vessel and water treatment standards.
- Experience selling through distributor networks and channel partners.
- Familiarity with project sales and specification selling is an advantage.
