NQX is seeking Customer Service Government Representatives to support citizens by providing information, guidance, and assistance with government services. In this role, you'll assist callers with important administrative processes, navigate multiple systems, accurately document information, and ensure every interaction is handled professionally and confidentially.

What you’ll be doing

As a Customer Service Government Representative, you will assist citizens by phone and provide professional support related to government programs and services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to citizen inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Guiding individuals through administrative processes and requirements.
  • Scheduling appointments when required.
  • Navigating multiple computer systems while speaking with callers.
  • Accurately documenting interactions and information.
  • Following established policies, procedures, privacy, and security requirements.
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Providing clear, empathetic, and solution-focused support.
  • Directing citizens to additional resources or services when appropriate.

Requirements

    • You speak English and French fluently.
    • Available to work from 20 to 40 hours per week.
    • Available to work during all business hours: Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. (ATL).
    • Reliable high-speed internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.
    • Have a secure, quiet workspace at home.
    • Reside in New Brunswick.

       

      Training start date: November 18th
