Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, deactivate, and manage users, roles, and permissions within NetSuite, ensuring compliance with access controls and audit requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality, including customer and vendor data cleansing, de-duplication, and record accuracy.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of new General Ledger (GL) accounts and support financial structures.
  • Provide timely support to resolve system issues, incidents, and errors.
  • Assist with configuration changes, customisations, and system optimisations to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of saved searches, dashboards, and custom reports.
  • Provide support for third-party applications and integrations connected to NetSuite.
  • Assist users with system guidance, training, and best practice recommendations.
  • Document processes, procedures, configurations, and best practices to support knowledge sharing.
  • Assist with system testing, enhancements, upgrades, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
