NetSuite Implementation Lead ( Remote | Philippines)

We’re hiring a NetSuite Implementation Lead to lead the end-to-end delivery of a NetSuite implementation for a US-based client. This role combines hands-on functional consulting, systems integration, and program management responsibilities across an approximately one-year implementation.

If you’re an experienced NetSuite professional who can work directly with client stakeholders, lead complex ERP implementations, and bridge functional requirements with technical integrations, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact implementation from planning through go-live and stabilization. This is a fully remote, Philippines-based opportunity requiring core overlap with US Eastern business hours.

Role Summary:

As the NetSuite Implementation Lead, you’ll own the implementation lifecycle from solution design and configuration through data migration, testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare. You’ll serve as the primary delivery lead, working closely with client stakeholders, third-party developers, NetSuite partners, and subject-matter experts to keep the program on track.

You’ll also lead critical integrations between NetSuite and Salesforce and Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuring appropriate integration architecture, accurate data mapping, reliable error handling, reconciliation, and successful cutover.

Key Responsibilities – NetSuite Implementation & Deployment

• Design the NetSuite solution, including chart of accounts, subsidiaries, roles, workflows, approvals, and reporting.

• Configure NetSuite to meet business and functional requirements.

• Lead and manage data migration activities.

• Plan and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Plan and execute the go-live process.

• Own post-go-live hypercare, stabilization, and issue resolution.

• Ensure the implementation progresses successfully through planning, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

Systems Integration – Salesforce & Adaptive Planning

• Design and deliver the integration between NetSuite and Salesforce, including accounts, opportunities, quotes, orders, and billing.

• Design and deliver the integration between NetSuite and Workday Adaptive Planning for GL actuals, budgets, and forecasts.

• Evaluate and select the appropriate integration approach, including native connectors, iPaaS solutions such as Celigo or Boomi, or SuiteScript/REST.

• Clearly communicate and defend integration architecture decisions.

• Own data mapping, error handling, reconciliation, and cutover activities for each integration.

• Ensure integrations are reliable, properly reconciled, and fully documented.

Program & Project Management

• Build and maintain the project plan, RAID log, and regular status reporting.

• Lead steering updates and communicate project progress to stakeholders.

• Manage scope, change requests, risks, and project escalations.

• Identify and escalate issues early to maintain delivery timelines.

• Coordinate third-party developers, the NetSuite implementation partner, and client subject-matter experts.

• Maintain clear documentation throughout the implementation program.

Client Enablement & Delivery

• Work closely with client stakeholders throughout the full implementation lifecycle.

• Translate business requirements into effective NetSuite solutions and implementation plans.

• Train client super-users and finance staff on the implemented solution.

• Ensure the client team is prepared to operate and extend the system independently after implementation.

• Maintain delivery momentum across the full program timeline, from planning and build through testing, deployment, and stabilization.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience, including at least two full lifecycle implementations.

• Deep functional knowledge across core NetSuite financials, including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, multi-subsidiary, and revenue recognition.

• Proven hands-on experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce.

• Experience integrating NetSuite with an FP&A tool, with Workday Adaptive Planning strongly preferred.

• Proven project or program management experience within ERP implementations, including project plans, budgets, risks, and stakeholder management.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with confidence presenting to US executives.

• Comfortable working during US Eastern business hours.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• NetSuite ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation certification.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.

• Hands-on experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or SuiteTalk.

• Experience with Celigo, Boomi, Workato, or similar iPaaS platforms.

• Accounting background; CPA is a plus.

• Prior consulting or implementation partner experience supporting US clients.

Reporting Line and Working Pattern:

• Role: NetSuite Implementation Lead – Functional Consultant + Program Manager

• Fully remote, Philippines-based.

• Working hours: Core overlap with US Eastern business hours required.

• Implementation timeline: Approximately one year, covering the full implementation lifecycle.
