NetSuite Functional Consultant – Coupa e-Invoicing (France)

Position Title: NetSuite Functional Consultant – Coupa e-Invoicing (France Localization)

Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Contract | Remote

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant with proven expertise in Coupa e-Invoicing implementations, specifically supporting France localization. The consultant will play a key role in the company's upcoming go-live by assisting with system configuration, testing, issue resolution, and production readiness while working directly with stakeholders throughout the implementation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Configure and support Coupa e-Invoicing within the NetSuite environment.

• Implement and validate France e-Invoicing localization requirements.

• Assist with system configuration, functional testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend best-practice solutions.

• Support production readiness and go-live activities.

• Collaborate with company stakeholders, business users, and technical teams throughout the implementation.

• Ensure seamless integration between NetSuite and Coupa.

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of NetSuite Functional Consulting experience.

• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Coupa e-Invoicing.

• Experience with France e-Invoicing localization and compliance requirements.

• Strong background in NetSuite configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.

• Experience supporting post-implementation and go-live activities.

• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience supporting end-to-end e-Invoicing implementations.

• Ability to identify issues quickly and provide functional recommendations during go-live.
