We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Project Manager for our B2B client. In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex implementation and delivery programs from project kickoff through successful Go‑Live and stabilization. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping B2B clients transform their procurement and financial processes by orchestrating cross‑functional delivery, managing complex multi‑workstream projects, and driving adoption of the new ways of working. What You Will Do:

• Lead end-to-end implementation programs for key B2B customer accounts, from kickoff through go-live and stabilization;
• Develop implementation plans, success milestones, governance structures, and deployment roadmaps aligned to customer objectives;
• Act as the customer’s trusted advisor, building strong relationships with executives, operational leaders, and project stakeholders;
• Translate customer goals into actionable, phased plans and guide them through organizational and process change;
• Define measurable success criteria and adoption targets together with Account Management and Customer Success;
• Coordinate training, enablement, and change management activities to accelerate time-to-value and user adoption;
• Organize and facilitate steering committees and executive governance meetings with clear status, risks, and decision requests;
• Identify risks and dependencies early; own mitigation plans, issue resolution, and escalation across customer, product, engineering, and third parties;
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Care, and Sales to align customer requirements, roadmaps, and solution design;
• Produce professional KPI-based reporting and documentation; continuously improve implementation methodologies and best practices.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Excellent Dutch, French and English communication skills;
• Minimum 5 years in Enterprise Software Implementations, Professional Services, Customer Success, Project Management, or Management Consulting;
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience;
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and propose practical process improvements;
• Proven ability to manage customer‑facing software implementation and delivery projects, with strong stakeholder management (including C‑level/executive interaction);
• Experience leading complex deployments with multiple dependencies, integrations, and workstreams;
• Healthcare IT, SaaS, ERP, or digital transformation environments;
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities; customer‑centric mindset with the ability to influence without direct authority;
• Proficiency with Salesforce, MS Office, Confluence and being comfortable with onboarding new project management and collaboration tools;
• Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).

Will be a great plus: 

• Experience working with large healthcare organizations or pharmacy groups;
• Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent);
• Experience with cloud software migrations and digital transformation initiatives;
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certifications/experience.
