National Account Executive

Position Overview

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a driven, results-oriented National Account Executive to fuel our next phase of growth. This role is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing large-scale construction staffing opportunities nationwide, while also deepening and expanding relationships with existing CCS clients to increase overall spend and long-term partnership value. 


Key Responsibilities 

New Business Development  

  • Proactively identify and target large-scale, multi-site, and national construction clients. 
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers across operations, procurement, HR, and executive leadership. 
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution. 
  • Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to deliver scalable staffing solutions. 


Account Growth & Relationship Management  

  • Expand existing CCS customer accounts by increasing spend, project penetration, and geographic coverage. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning and labor strategy. 
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across trades and regions. 


Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience in a long sales cycle, B2B environment. 
  • Proven ability to hunt new business and grow existing accounts. 
  • Demonstrated ability to hold executive-level conversations and influence senior decision-makers across operations, procurement, and executive leadership. 
  • Ability and willingness to travel nationally 40–60% based on client needs, project schedules, and business development activities
