Position Overview 

 

OWT Global LLC is seeking one (1) MTT Synchronization Cell Lead to provide centralized coordination, scheduling, and synchronization of all Mobile Training Team activities in support of JIATF-401 Counter-sUAS training operations and the Joint C-UAS University (JCU). This lead ensures C-sUAS training events are properly resourced, deconflicted, and aligned with Domestic Shield priorities, installation requirements, and JCU-standardized instruction.


Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the MTT Synchronization Cell and oversee all C-sUAS MTT scheduling and deconfliction. 
  • Synchronize instructor assignments, travel, equipment, and training locations across multiple DoW sites. 
  • Maintain the master training calendar and resolve conflicts to maximize operator readiness while preserving operational uptime. 
  • Coordinate with JCU Cadre, MTT Instructors, NCR Trainers, Curriculum Integration Specialist, and Training Operations Coordinators. 
  • Track instructor availability, surge capacity (including the 15 additional surge instructors), and readiness. 
  • Prepare status reports, briefings, and recommendations for program leadership and JIATF-401 stakeholders. 
  • Ensure training execution remains aligned with JCU doctrine and the six lines of effort (Domestic Shield, JCU curriculum/instruction, onboarding, BDOC, Joint Force integration, etc.)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for MTT synchronization issues.


Required Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • Minimum of 10 years of DoW training management experience, including three (3) years at the joint or combatant command level, plus prior experience managing multi-site, concurrent training operations.
  • Prior experience leading training cells, operations centers, or similar coordination functions. 
  • Active Secret clearance; U.S. Citizen. 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.


Desired Skills & Experience 

 

  • Experience managing Mobile Training Teams or distributed training enterprises. 
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools, Microsoft Office, and collaborative platforms. 
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.


Clearance & Citizenship

 

  • Active Secret clearance required; U.S. Citizen.
