The Mitigation Technician manages tree mitigation work by coordinating with third parties and the internal Subsidence Services team to prevent property damage. Responsibilities include interpreting technical reports, managing case portfolios, and handling related administrative tasks such as invoicing and customer queries.

Mitigation TechnicianSedgwick specialises in the provision of claims management and loss adjusting services. Working in partnership with you, Sedgwick can unlock your potential - learning and growth. When it comes to investing in our employees’ development, we are unrivalled in our market sector.
As a Tree Mitigation Specialist, you will work within our Mitigation team pursuing third parties, gaining their approval for the necessary vegetation measures. You will work closely with our award winning Subsidence Team, to help prevent further damage occurring to their customer’s property. It will be your responsibility to deliver high levels of mitigation success within the shortest duration possible. You’ll act as first point of contact for third parties and members of our in house Subsidence Services team for any mitigation queries.
