Location: Remote, with up to 50% travel to assigned customer locations. Candidates residing near an Air Force base are highly preferred.
This position will work on Department of War munitions related projects. You must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship with the ability to obtain a security clearance, which is issued by the U.S. government. U.S. citizenship is required by the DoW and IC for security clearance.

What You Will Be Doing
Support the Solution Leader with providing munitions subject matter expertise to deliver training and enablement for the Virtualitics Readiness AI platform
Serve as an embedded Virtualitics representative traveling to multiple customer sites, assisting the Solution Leader with the day to day relationship with end users and acting as the primary training and enablement point of contact
Provide customer with technical operational knowledge to leverage the Virtualitics AI products to obtain mission value
Act as the customer advocate within Virtualitics by representing the customer’s needs, escalating pain points through daily touchpoints with engineering and product teams, and ensuring a positive customer experience
Deliver hands-on training and enablement as the subject matter expert for customer mission integration, working alongside mission teams in a variety of formats
Coordinate on-site technical operations with the Virtualitics Solution Leader (both on-site and remote) for platform data insight capabilities
Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback and ground truth; as the most forward-deployed representative of Virtualitics, you observe what’s working and what’s not and ensure that information flows back to the company
Assist the Solution Leader for planning required onsites with the customer e.g., office space, equipment readiness, logistics, scheduling, and resource coordination
Assist Solution Leader with customer classified engagements. Drive adoption of Virtualitics Readiness AI solutions through persistent, relationship-driven engagement with end users
Uphold Virtualitics’ brand, image, and values through professional conduct and consistent service delivery
Support personnel compliance tracking including clearance status, NDA completion, CAC management, and training requirements
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience working in or directly supporting Department of War munitions operations
Demonstrated technical aptitude, comfortable with data platforms, analytics tools, and translating technical capabilities into operational outcomes
Experience operating autonomously in demanding environments with minimal supervision; this role requires the judgment and initiative of an experienced SNCO or O-3/O-4 officer with munitions experience
Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering results in high-performing teams under aggressive timelines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; you will engage daily with end users, senior leadership, and technical teams across all organizational levels
Ability to travel and work onsite at various customer sites to include CONUS and OCONUS locations
Must be able to maintain a Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
What Are Our Preferred Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred; or comparable on-the-job munitions storage experience in lieu of degree
Active Secret clearance
Prior military service as an SNCO (E-7 to E-9) or officer (O-3 to O-4) is highly valued
What Are Some Valued Skills
Domain expertise in DoW munitions operational areas; i.e. stockpile, storage, warehousing Experience as a Field Service Representative, Forward Deployed Engineer, or embedded technical advisor in a defense technology company
Familiarity with coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across classified and unclassified environments
Experience proactively identifying risks and optimizing cross-team collaboration in fast-paced operational settings
Comfort with operational readiness workflows including security compliance, access management, and personnel tracking
Previous experience serving on a Service’s major command staff; i.e. MAJCOM or equivalent supporting munitions OT&E functions
