In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong relationships with key clients and partners across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Business Growth
    Identify, develop, and execute business development initiatives to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in Latvia.

  • Client Relationship Management
    Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, acting as a trusted commercial advisor.

  • Sales Execution
    Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and lead qualification through negotiation and deal closure — delivering tailored solutions aligned with client needs and business objectives.

  • Market Intelligence & Collaboration
    Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, sharing market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to support overall company strategy.

  • Strategic Contribution
    Support regional growth initiatives and help shape go-to-market strategies by identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record within fintech, payments, or financial services

  • Fluency in Latvian, plus English (written and spoken)

  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to negotiate and close complex deals

  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a customer-first approach

  • Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with broader teams

  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and exceeding targets

Salary:

salary from €2500/month gross( final offer based on experience and competences additionally comprehensive compensation package including base salary and performance-based bonuses.)
