Job Summary

We are a high-growth, UK-focused performance marketing agency specializing exclusively in AI-driven patient acquisition for the cosmetic and implant dentistry sector. Unlike generalist agencies, we own the entire funnel—from high-intent Meta ads to a dedicated appointment-setting team that converts leads into deposit-paid consultations. We are looking for a technical, results-driven Senior Specialist to take full ownership of our paid social engine. This is a role for a "Self-Directed Owner" who thrives on solving complex tracking issues in restricted healthcare categories and delivering stable, high-quality lead volume that keeps our sales team busy and our UK dental clients scaling.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end performance of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, including structure, optimization, and scaling across all dental client accounts.
• Manage and fix complex conversion tracking setups, including Pixel, CAPI, GTM, server-side tracking, and custom/offline events.
• Navigate and implement workarounds for healthcare-restricted categories where standard Meta optimization is limited.
• Monitor account health daily, acting immediately on fluctuations in spend, CPL, or lead quality.
• Lead client communication for UK-based practice owners via WhatsApp, Google Meet, and detailed Loom performance walkthroughs.
• Coordinate lead flow with the internal appointment-setting team to ensure a consistent pipeline for qualification.
• Maintain rigorous documentation of tracking configurations and account decisions to ensure a scalable, maintainable system.
• Flag performance issues early and escalate to the founder only when accompanied by a clear, recommended fix

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Meta media buying (Facebook/Instagram) with a proven track record of hitting CPL/CPA targets in an agency setting.
• Technical expertise in conversion tracking: Deep experience with Stape, GTM, server-side CAPI, and diagnosing broken tracking setups (not just installing basic tags).
• Proven experience in restricted or regulated categories (e.g., Healthcare, Finance, Insurance) where standard platform tracking is limited.
• Exceptional spoken and written English, with the confidence to lead performance calls and explain complex data to UK business owners.
• High-ticket lead generation experience (moving beyond basic e-commerce prospecting).
• South Africa-based with a reliable remote setup, including backup power and high-speed internet to manage UK business hours (GMT).
• A proactive, ownership-focused mindset—we are looking for a specialist who manages the founder, not the other way around.
