Job Summary
We are hiring a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
This is a remote performance marketing role ideal for candidates with strong experience in paid social, campaign optimization, and ROI-driven advertising. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling campaigns that drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation
- Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and landing page strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, and conversions
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and funnels
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
- Manage ad budgets and scaling strategies
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams for campaign alignment
- Stay updated on Meta Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads campaigns
- Proven track record of delivering strong ROAS and lead generation results
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, pixel tracking, and conversion APIs
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, or CRM platforms
- Experience in eCommerce, lead generation, or digital agencies is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely with global teams
