Merchant Onboarding Specialist

What you’ll be doing

As Merchant Onboarding Associate  you will manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for restaurant and retail partners, ensuring they are set up for long-term success on the Wolt platform. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, oversee compliance and content setup, and deliver a smooth onboarding experience while maintaining Wolt’s high standards.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

• Manage the onboarding process for new restaurant and retail merchants;
• Create and maintain merchant venue pages, including menu setup, product photos, translations, and updates, in line with Wolt’s brand standards;
• Ensure merchants receive Wolt-grade service throughout onboarding by monitoring progress, addressing needs, and maintaining supportive communication;
• Support post-activation success by sharing insights, best practices, and aligning merchants with Wolt’s service standards
• Oversee administrative systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and updated databases;

Our humble expectations* 

• Fluent in Romanian and English;
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn and adapt to new tools;
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets is a strong advantage;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Structured and service-oriented mindset;
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and motivation to improve processes continuously;
