Merchandising Manager

We're partnering with our client, a leading toy, retail, and consumer products company, to find a talented *Merchandising Manager.* This temporary position is hybrid onsite, supporting digital merchandising efforts on a global scale. The role focuses on creating data-driven, consumer-first website experiences to boost sales and engagement. The application deadline for this role is 05/15/2024. *Merchandising Manager* *Responsibilities:* * Drive sales and improve conversion rates by implementing best practices in digital merchandising. * Collaborate with global brand teams to develop strategies for product placement, marketing messages, and site experiences. * Launch new products and website features in partnership with cross-functional teams. * Manage the content calendar to align with company brand priorities. * Coordinate with creative teams to produce site assets that enhance customer experience. *Merchandising Manager Qualifications:* * Over 8 years of experience, ideally within toy, retail, or consumer goods sectors. * Proven expertise in ecommerce marketing and merchandising, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams. * Strong communication skills to align stakeholders in complex environments. * Demonstrated ability to leverage analytics and data insights for strategic decision-making. * Familiarity with Shopify interface and project management tools like Monday.com. * Experience working with EMEA or other regional teams is a plus. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
