Patient Financial Services & Invoicing

  • Perform thorough eligibility of benefits (EOB) verifications prior to appointments, ensuring active coverage and understanding of patient responsibility.
  • Generate, review, and process patient invoices, serving as a helpful resource for patients and caregivers who have questions about their bills or out-of-pocket costs.

Administrative & Revenue Support

  • Collaborate closely with the intake, front desk, and clinical teams to ensure all patient demographic and insurance information is accurately captured for clean claim submission.
  • Deliver a “white glove” financial experience by handling billing inquiries and resolving disputes or claim denials quickly and empathetically.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management, or healthcare financial services
  • Demonstrated expertise in payment posting, secondary claim submission, and verifying eligibility of benefits
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex billing and insurance concepts clearly and empathetically to older adults
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple financial priorities with a high degree of accuracy
  • Familiarity with medical billing software, clearinghouses, EMRs, and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace)
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Must be available to work U.S. business hours (Eastern Time)
