What You'll Be Crafting
Create, monitor, analyze, and scale high-volume performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and alternative traffic sources.
Drive continuous improvements in ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates through rigorous data analysis and strategic optimization.
Manage substantial campaign budgets closely, aggressively optimizing bids, targeting frameworks, and creative direction to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional creative and copywriting teams to rapidly iterate high-converting ad concepts and angles.
Identify and test emerging advertising platforms, advanced tracking tools, and industry trends to unlock new growth channels.
Monitor campaign health and budgets closely, ensuring all deliverables hit strict timelines, brand guidelines, and aggressive KPIs.
Your Superpowers
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns especially Meta Ads, with demonstrated success in improving CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, or other key performance metrics.
Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, performance funnels, audience segmentation, and scaling strategies in highly competitive landscapes.
Technical familiarity with tracking setups, custom conversions, pixels, and modern analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4).
Strong ownership mindset with the willingness to monitor and optimize live campaigns during weekends or outside standard working hours when required.
Familiarity with AI tools and creative tools to improve campaign efficiency and creative output.
- Data-driven yet highly experimental, with a willingness to continuously test new audiences, creatives, offers, and campaign strategies to identify winning combinations and drive scalable growth.
