The Marketing Virtual Assistant will be responsible for growing the company's online presence through active social media engagement, community participation, and lead generation. Scope of Work:

  • Create and publish social media content across:
    • Reddit
    • Facebook
    • Instagram
    • LinkedIn
    • TikTok
  • Launch and manage simple promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor brand mentions and community discussions.
  • Engage with users by commenting on relevant discussions and recommending company services where appropriate.
  • Respond to comments and messages professionally.
  • Schedule monthly content using social media scheduling platforms.
  • Track social media analytics and campaign performance.
  • Generate qualified leads through social media engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal team members through Slack.
  • Attend mandatory daily stand-up meetings.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Increase followers by 5–10% per month across active channels.
  • Maintain 3–7% engagement rate per post.
  • Generate 5–15 qualified leads per month.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Reddit marketing and community engagement.
  • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok marketing.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Able to create authentic, human-written content.
  • Comfortable interacting with online communities.
