Own the technical setup and onboarding execution for new clients to ensure all platforms are correctly connected before launch. This includes configuring Meta Pixels, verifying domains, and integrating data sources into reporting dashboards.
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to own the technical setup and onboarding execution that makes client launches possible. This role exists to take the operational and technical load off the strategy and account teams, ensuring every new client is set up correctly, completely, and on time before the work begins.

The ideal candidate is technically capable, fast-moving, and comfortable handling multiple client onboardings simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Execute technical onboarding tasks across Meta, Shopify, GA4, CRM systems, and related platforms with accuracy and efficiency.
- Configure and verify Meta Pixels, conversion tracking, domain verification, permissions, and platform connections to ensure accounts are launch-ready.
- Connect platforms and data sources into reporting dashboards, QA tracking setups, and troubleshoot setup, access, and integration issues.
- Maintain onboarding checklists, track task completion, and identify and resolve blockers quickly to keep launches on schedule.
- Work closely with internal strategy and account teams to support multiple client onboardings simultaneously while maintaining speed and accuracy.

Requirements
We're looking for:
- 2-4 years of experience in a technical, operations, or onboarding role within a digital marketing or agency environment
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager and Meta Ads setup (Required)
- Solid understanding of Meta Pixels and conversion tracking implementation (Required)
- Familiarity with GA4 and basic tracking troubleshooting
- Experience with CRM systems and platform integrations
- Experience with Shopify integrations and basic technical configuration
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable troubleshooting technical setup issues independently
- Strong written communication skills in English, comfortable being client-facing
- Experience with Funnel.io, Klaviyo, or GoHighLevel (Advantage)
- Experience with dashboard setup and QA (Advantage)
