Job Summary

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own the connective tissue between our external partners and our internal teams — turning strategy into executed campaigns, trade show presence, and social/content programs that build the Oriient brand and pipeline. This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy role for someone who can think strategically, work closely with partners, and also roll up their sleeves to ship the work. AI fluency isn't a nice-to-have here — we expect you to use AI tools daily as a core part of how you plan, create, and analyze, so you can do the work of a much larger team. This is a fully remote role on a global team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner marketing strategy: build and run joint marketing plans with external partners (technology partners, resellers, integrators) — co-branded campaigns, joint content, and shared events.
  • Cross-functional alignment: partner closely with sales, product, and leadership to translate business priorities into marketing programs, and keep messaging consistent across every audience and channel.
  • Campaign execution: plan, launch, and measure integrated marketing campaigns — email, digital, content, partner co-marketing — from concept through results.
  • Trade shows & events: own end-to-end planning and execution of trade show presence and industry events, including logistics, messaging, booth content, lead capture, and follow-up.
  • Social & content: manage Oriient's social media presence and content calendar, producing and overseeing content that reflects our brand voice and drives engagement.
  • AI-powered marketing: use generative AI and AI-driven tools as a daily part of your workflow — accelerating content creation, speeding up campaign development, mining performance data for insight, and automating repetitive marketing work.
  • Reporting & optimization: track campaign and partner-program performance, report on outcomes, and continuously iterate based on data.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • 4+ years in marketing, spanning campaign management, partner/channel marketing, and event marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with external partners and coordinate joint go-to-market activity.
  • Hands-on fluency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, image/video generation tools, AI-powered analytics or automation platforms) — daily use, not just familiarity.
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable owning multiple workstreams and deadlines independently.
  • Strong writing and content instincts, with experience running social media channels and content calendars.
  • Comfortable working across time zones with a distributed, international team.
  • Self-starter who thrives on autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Advantages

  • Startup or high-growth tech experience.
  • Experience marketing to retail, real estate, or smart-building audiences.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Background in B2B SaaS, deep tech, or hardware-adjacent software companies.
