Coverflex started with a simple observation: work changed, but compensation didnât.
A few founders looked at how people were being paid across Europe â rigid salary structures, fragmented benefits, systems that were complex for HR and often meaningless for employees â and realized the model simply hadnât kept up with modern work.
So we decided to rebuild it.
What began in Portugal as a small team trying to fix a broken compensation system quickly grew into one of the most ambitious compensation platforms in Southern Europe. Today, thousands of companies use Coverflex to manage benefits, meal allowance, insurance, and flexible compensation through a single platform.
But what makes Coverflex special isnât just the product â itâs how we build.
Weâre a team of people who like solving hard problems, moving fast, and taking real ownership. We care about clarity, autonomy, and impact. Titles matter less than outcomes, and good ideas can come from anywhere.
Now weâre entering our next chapter.
After building strong traction in Portugal, Spain, and Italy, weâre expanding into Germany â one of Europeâs most sophisticated and complex compensation markets.
Launching a new country at Coverflex isnât about âcopy-pastingâ what already exists. Itâs about building again â understanding the market, challenging old assumptions, and creating something that truly works for local companies and employees.
If you join at this stage, you wonât just be joining a company.
Youâll be helping build the next chapter of it.

Contract Type: Permanent
Youâll build Coverflexâs marketing presence in Germany from zero â brand, content, and organic pipeline.
Your mission is to establish credibility, generate demand, and support market entry in one of our most strategic and complex markets.
Youâll know youâre successful when, after 90 days, youâve:
Delivered German market launch readiness (website, content, sales materials)
Established initial brand presence (PR, community, events)
Started generating inbound pipeline from organic channels
How weâll measure success:
Main KPI 1: Market launch readiness (website, SEO, content, events)
Main KPI 2: Brand presence in Germany (PR placements, community visibility)
Main KPI 3: Organic pipeline generation (MQLs, SQLs, attribution to content/SEO)
Letâs be real, this is a 0â1 market-building role in a complex environment.
Hereâs what makes it challenging:
Youâre starting from zero: no brand, no SEO, no media relationships
Germany is a high-trust, high-complexity market with strong regulatory context
Buyers are methodical and sceptical â credibility takes time to build
Youâll need to balance local ownership with global alignment
Youâll operate with high autonomy, but still be accountable for outcomes
Native or fully fluent German, with professional English
5+ years in B2B marketing (SaaS, HR tech, or fintech preferred)
Proven experience working in the German market
Strong writing skills in German (native-level storytelling, not translation)
Experience owning organic channels end-to-end (SEO, content, PR, events)
Website management experience (content, landing pages, analytics)
Ability to move between strategy and execution
Proficient with AI tools in daily workflows
Knowledge of the German benefits landscape (e.g. Sachbezug, bAV, etc.)
Familiarity with HR tools ecosystem (e.g. DATEV, Personio)
Experience launching a brand or market from scratch
Existing network in German HR / Finance communities
Experience with Webflow or similar CMS
Builder mindset: youâre energised by starting from zero.
Locally sharp: you deeply understand how German buyers think and what builds trust.
Outcome-driven: you think in pipeline, not just content output.
High ownership: you set priorities and move without waiting for direction.
Execution-focused: you move fast, without compromising quality.
AI-native: you use AI as a core tool to think, create, and ship faster.
Youâll probably find this frustrating ifâŚ
You prefer optimising existing systems instead of building new ones
You need fully defined processes before starting
You focus on activity (content, posts) instead of outcomes
You treat localisation as translation instead of adaptation
You work in isolation and avoid cross-functional collaboration
Youâre sceptical about adopting AI tools

I value ownership, transparency, and clarity. I expect people to ask the right questions, share the full context without sugarcoating, and move confidently between strategy and execution.
