Marketing Lead, UK & Ireland

Evolus (Nasdaq:EOLS) is a performance beauty company with a customer-centric approach focused on delivering breakthrough products. We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Lead, UK & Ireland to join our Commercial Team reporting to the General Manager, UK & Ireland. This role is responsible for developing and executing the UK & Ireland marketing strategy in support of the Evolus portfolio and business objectives. The Marketing Lead will drive customer engagement through innovative marketing initiatives, professional education programmes, events and Key Opinion Leader partnerships. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Medical Affairs and International Marketing, this position plays a critical role in strengthening market presence, accelerating product adoption and delivering commercial growth across the UK and Ireland

Essential duties and responsibilities where you'll make the biggest impact…

• Develop and execute the UK & Ireland marketing strategy to support commercial objectives and portfolio growth.
• Adapt and implement global marketing campaigns, programmes and materials to local market needs.
• Lead the planning, development and execution of the Evolus Academy professional education programme across the UK and Ireland.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders, faculty members, healthcare professionals and strategic customers.
• Develop educational initiatives, workshops, masterclasses, webinars and training programmes that enhance customer engagement and advocacy.
• Lead the planning and execution of congresses, customer events, product launches and promotional activities.
• Partner closely with Sales, Medical Affairs and International Marketing teams to support customer acquisition, retention and portfolio adoption.
• Manage marketing and education budgets and contribute to annual business planning activities.
• Monitor programme performance and customer engagement metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop customer-facing materials, marketing assets and engagement programmes that support brand awareness and commercial success.
• Remote/Field position. Home office based in the United Kingdom or Ireland with frequent travel throughout the territory.
• Up to 50% travel required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills You’ll Bring to the Team…

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare or a related commercial environment.
• Experience developing and managing professional education programmes and customer engagement initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in marketing programme development and execution.
• Experience building and maintaining productive relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Strong project management, organisational and budget management skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrix environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action plans.

Preferred Qualifications…

• Experience within injectable aesthetics or related aesthetic medicine markets.
• Experience supporting product launches and commercialisation initiatives.
• Experience managing training academies, professional education platforms or faculty programmes.
• Understanding of UK and Ireland healthcare compliance requirements and industry regulations.
• Experience working within an international organisation.

Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and more.
