SEO Internship – Content & On-Page Focus

About the Internship 

We're looking for a motivated SEO intern to join our growing SEO team and work on international projects in competitive niches. 

You'll work directly with the SEO Manager, take on real responsibilities from day one (no coffee-fetching ), and learn how SEO actually works when the stakes are real.

If you enjoy writing, like experimenting with SEO and AI tools, and want to see concrete results from your work, this internship is made for you.

What You'll Be Doing 

•  Write and optimize SEO content for multiple international markets 

•  Research keywords, analyze search intent, and spot untapped SEO opportunities

•  Analyze SERPs and competitors to understand what ranks and why

•  Publish and manage pages on WordPress 

•  Apply on-page SEO best practices: structure, internal linking, optimization

•  Improve and update existing content based on performance data 

•  Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code / Codex) to speed up research, drafting, and repetitive tasks — we'll show you how we work with them 

•  Track keyword rankings and report on basic SEO results 

•  Support the SEO Manager with other SEO tasks when needed 

No domain hunting or buying — the focus is content, keyword research, and on page SEO. 

Markets & Languages 

You'll work on markets such as France, Greece, Finland, Poland, Romania, Brazil, and more. 

Tell us which languages you speak fluently when you apply — it makes a real difference. 

Who We're Looking For 

•  Good level of English (written & spoken) 

•  Strong writing skills — this is the core of the role 

•  Comfortable with WordPress 

•  Curious about AI: you already use tools like ChatGPT or Claude, and ideally have tried Claude Code or Codex (basic familiarity is enough — we'll teach you the rest)

•  Interest in keyword research and finding opportunities others miss 

• Organized, detail-oriented, and fast 

•  Able to work independently and get things done without constant supervision

Internship Details 

•  Location: Remote or Chiang Mai (Thailand) 

•  Hours: 35h/week, flexible, with a 4-hour daily overlap with your manager

•  Duration: 6 months 

•  Start date: ASAP 

•  Paid leave: 1 day off per month

Compensation •  Remote: €1,000/month

Recruitment Process 

1.  Application review & HR interview — if your profile matches what we're looking for, you'll receive an invitation to an HR interview. 

2.  Practical test — if the interview goes well, you'll receive a short assignment related to the role (writing and on-page SEO). 

3. Interview with the SEO Manager — the final step, where you'll discuss your test and meet the person you'd work with every day.
