Our Marketing Team is seeking a part-time
Data Coordinator.Job Responsibilities- Review contact data and determine whether it should go into the Blue Matter (BM) CRM system
- Gather contact data using web research, LinkedIn, and other sources help expand the CRM system’s contact database
- Format / prepare data for uploading into the CRM system
- Review, clean, update, de-duplicate, and validate existing account and contact data in the CRM system
- Enrich CRM data by adding additional information as directed
- Run data queries and generate reports as directed
- Assist in developing and updating marketing target lists
- Use dashboards to track the “health” of CRM account and contact data and to identify areas for improvement
Requirements- Familiarity / experience with databases and/or CRM systems (Salesforce.com experience preferred)
- Familiarity / experience with marketing automation systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Proficient in conducting online searches and using AI tools to find information
- Proficiency with basic Microsoft office applications (especially Word and Excel)
- At least two years of prior work experience is strongly preferred
- Must be highly-organized
- Must have strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing or compiling data
- Must be able to follow detailed instructions and solve problems
- 2-year or 4-year degree is preferred
Schedule & Classification
- This is a part-time, non-exempt (hourly) position averaging approximately 25 hours per week. Weekly hours will not exceed 29 hours per week.
- This is a remote role, and the schedule will be determined in collaboration with manager
Compensation & Benefits- The hourly rate for this role is $25 per hour
- Part-time employees are eligible for 401(k) participation with employer match and paid sick leave. This position is not eligible for company-sponsored medical, dental or vision coverage.
