Your main mission is to own the vital bridge between marketing assets and enrollment—crafting copy that converts because it authentically connects, not because it pressures. What You'll Be Doing

  • High-Impact Copywriting: Write compelling conversion, nurture, and email copy that matches the founder's distinct voice with precision, warmth, and absolute brand alignment.

  • Outreach Engine Mechanics: Research, pitch, and secure strategic placements on relevant podcasts and conferences to book the founder as a featured guest or speaker.

  • Content Repurposing: Adapt core long-form content into engaging, platform-appropriate captions and micro-assets for social media channels.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the central integration point across all marketing fronts—collaborating directly with our Facebook Ads Team, Christy's Podcast Team, and technical partners (Smartify) to keep all campaigns synchronized and moving.

  • Marketing Alignment: Monitor marketing channels to ensure all customer touchpoints work cohesively together to drive clean, organic conversions.

What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiables)

  • Proven Copywriting Experience: Strong portfolio writing across conversion, web, and email nurture formats. You must be skilled at human, non-aggressive copy that drives results without relying on false urgency.

  • Flawless Brand Voice Mimicry: The natural ability to master, internalize, and deploy a specific brand voice across diverse text channels.

  • Niche Space Sensitivity: High empathy for a health, healing, or wellness audience. You understand that absolute honesty and transparent integrity are the core strategy.

  • Value Confidence: Comfort with premium U.S. market pricing structures, standing confidently behind the worth of the brand's proprietary solutions.

  • Technical Assets (Preferred): Familiarity with Ontraport CRM systems and basic SEO awareness is a major plus.
