Working across Cigna Healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Services, and Specialty Solutions, this role defines analytical data requirements, identifies gaps and dependencies, and helps shape scalable capabilities that advance measurement, reporting, self-service analytics, and future analytical needs.

This position serves as a bridge between Analytics Solutions and Data, Technology, and AI teams, translating business and measurement needs into clear analytical requirements and helps to identify the capabilities needed to support the analytics roadmap. • Help define future analytical capability needs based on evolving Marketing & Communications priorities.
  • Define requirements that support self-service analytics, including the data, metrics, definitions, and analytical capabilities needed by users.
  • Document analytical requirements, use cases, dependencies, business definitions, and capability needs for business and technical partners.
  • Partner with Analytics Product owners to define data and capability requirements for reports, dashboards, scorecards, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled experiences.
  • Identify data and capability dependencies early in the development of new analytics solutions and coordinate with Data team to solution.
  • Assess potential new data sources, analytical capabilities, and technologies against defined Marketing & Communications use cases and requirements.
  • Facilitate alignment between business, analytics, and technical partners by translating analytical needs into clear requirements and intended business outcomes.

  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting processes and improve data quality, reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging tech, data, analytics, and AI capabilities; and assess their potential relevance to Marketing & Communications analytical needs.
