SUMMARY
This Managing Director, Enterprise AI Product will lead the firm’s enterprise AI strategy, positioning artificial intelligence as a core driver of operational efficiency and client excellence. The role is responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive AI product roadmap across the organization, working closely with executive leadership to identify, prioritize, and scale high-impact initiatives.
Overseeing the full lifecycle of AI initiatives, from strategy and development through deployment and adoption, this leader will partner with business and operations teams to redesign workflows, uncover high-value use cases, and ensure solutions deliver measurable outcomes such as increased efficiency, reduced error rates, and enhanced client experience.
Success in this role requires a hands-on, strategic leader who can translate vision into execution while driving alignment across business, operations, and technology functions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Defines and drives enterprise AI product strategy aligned to revenue growth, operational efficiency, and client outcomes.
- Leads cross-functional transformation initiatives redesigning core workflows across Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, and Onboarding.
- Partners with business leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases.
- Oversees the development and deployment of AI solutions leveraging internal teams and external partners.
- Drives enterprise-wide adoption and behavior change across business units.
- Advises CEO and senior leadership on AI priorities, investments, and governance.
- Establishes KPIs tied to efficiency gains, cost reduction, error reduction, and client experience improvements.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
- Mentors associates through instruction, coaching, providing real-time on-the-job experiences, modeling effective practices, and advising on methods used.
- Contact as needed with clients regarding general information, resolution of issues, inquiries, or reporting requirements.
- Contact with members of team and internal teams regarding follow-up on inquiries, open workflow, etc.
May perform other duties as required and assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 8–15+ years of experience across consulting, operations, product, or technology roles.
- Experience in financial services or fund administration.
- Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
KNOWLEDGE
- Exposure to AI, automation, or advanced analytics; strong conceptual understanding.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adobe Acrobat.
