Position Overview  
LPT Realty is seeking a part-time Managing Broker to support and guide agents within their 
assigned state or province. This role is designed for a highly service-oriented broker who thrives 
in an agent-first environment and is passionate about supporting agent success through 
compliance oversight, transaction guidance, and regulatory expertise.  
Managing Brokers are a critical part of LPT Realty’s multi-layered support structure, working in 
partnership with Agent Support, Compliance, and Transaction Operations to provide seamless, 
full-circle experience for our agents.  


Key Responsibilities

Agent Support & Guidance  
• Serve as the primary escalation point for agents on complex broker-related matters, 
including compliance, contract interpretation, and state-specific regulations   
• Provide timely, thoughtful guidance to agents to support successful transactions and 
business growth   
• Maintain an agent-first mindset, delivering high-quality support with professionalism 
and responsiveness   
Compliance & Risk Management  
• Ensure brokerage activities align with state and local real estate laws and regulations   
• Support some compliance efforts, including file review during periods of high volume   
• Partner closely with the Compliance team to mitigate risk and uphold brokerage 
standards   
Cross-Functional Collaboration  
• Work alongside Agent Support, Compliance, and Transaction Operations to deliver 
cohesive support experience   
• Collaborate with leadership and the Executive Growth team to support larger teams 
entering the brokerage   
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and support systems   
Operational Efficiency & Systems Usage  
• Manage and respond to agent inquiries through the company ticketing system, ensuring 
quick turnaround times   
• Utilize internal and external platforms including LPT Connect, SkySlope, Dotloop, and 
other brokerage systems   
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication within all systems

 
Qualifications  
• Active Real Estate Broker license in the applicable state or province (looking for Part-time Broker for Neveda)  
• Proven experience supporting and guiding real estate agents as a broker  
• Strong knowledge of state real estate laws, contracts, and compliance requirements   
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills   
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment   
• Experience with transaction management systems (e.g., SkySlope, Dotloop) preferred
