About the Role

This role is responsible for leading the Contract ERP Professional Services team. This includes leading client engagements, managing escalations and cross-functional teams, forecasting and managing financial results including backlog, hiring and developing talent and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. The candidate needs to be skilled in client relationship management, strategic planning, resource hiring and development, process improvement, financial management and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The candidate should have a proven ability to align business objectives with service delivery while driving operational efficiency and team performance. 

Role Summary 

  • Responsible for leading a team of ERP implementation consultants delivering contractERP (cERP) solutions. 
  • Owns portfolio delivery performance, team capability development, and client outcomes. 
  • Ensures scalable, consistent, and high-quality implementation practices aligned with customer business objectives. 

Portfolio Delivery Leadership 

  • Oversee delivery across a portfolio of ERP implementation projects. 
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with strong adoption. 
  • Manage delivery risks, escalations, and resource allocation across projects. 
  • Drive consistency in delivery execution across the team. 

Implementation Excellence & Standardization 

  • Define and enhance implementation methodologies, tools, and playbooks. 
  • Drive best practices across discovery, workflow design, training, and go-live. 
  • Partner with Product and Support teams to improve delivery quality. 

People Leadership & Capability Development 

  • Lead and develop a team of implementation consultants. 
  • Own performance management and development plans. 
  • Drive hiring, onboarding, and capability scaling. 
  • Build a repeatable and scalable talent model. 

Client Engagement & Business Outcomes 

  • Serve as escalation point for key client engagements. 
  • Engage customer leadership to align solutions with business goals. 
  • Drive strong adoption, satisfaction, and long-term value realization. 

Commercial & Operational Performance 

  • Own utilization, margin, backlog, and forecast accuracy. 
  • Support project scoping, estimation, and resource planning. 
  • Identify opportunities for scope expansion and additional services. 

Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership 

  • Partner with Sales on proposals and Statements of Work. 
  • Collaborate with Product on roadmap feedback. 
  • Contribute to overall Professional Services strategy. 

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years in ERP implementation or consulting. 
  • 3+ years in a leadership role. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV. 
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, we are committed to providing clear and equitable compensation information. For this remote position, the expected salary range is $100,000 - $165,000 USD, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses, commissions, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates applying from jurisdictions with specific pay disclosure requirements (e.g., California, Colorado, New York, Washington, Illinois, British Columbia) will receive location-specific compensation details in compliance with local laws.
