The Role
StarRez is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and support a high-performing team of Regional Account Executives on our College Pads team. In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for driving net new revenue by coaching your team to exceed their goals, refining sales strategies, and optimizing team performance across a growing geographic market.
You’ll play a key part in shaping our sales strategy, mentoring team members, and scaling our presence in the higher education housing market. If you're a hands-on sales leader passionate about team development and winning new business, we’d love to hear from you.

Compensation Structure: In addition to base salary listed below, this role is eligible for a bonus/commission plan. When meeting 100% of goals, the expected total annual compensation for this role is $220,000.
