This position is fully remote and may be performed ideally from one of the following U.S. states: AL, FL, GA, IN, IL, MA, MD, MI, MS, NJ, NC, OK, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WI.

We are currently seeking an exceptional Manager, Professional Services (RCM) to join our team and support our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing day to day managerial, and overall leadership, to an aligned team within the Professional Services organization.

  • Responsibilities include holding consistent 1:1’s, supporting career pathing, identifying development opportunities, facilitating performance management and coaching plans, driving team culture, etc

  • Assigning projects, providing guidance, and monitoring progress to ensure that project goals are met. You may also be involved in recruiting, training, and performance management.

  • Understanding of overall health of all projects for this role’s aligned team

  • Partner with Peer Team Managers to collaborate on Professional Services team and project initiatives

  • Understand, add, and/or improve tools or processes needed drive the team’s efficiency and effectiveness with configuration, training, testing, etc

  • Apply business operations tools to team (trending hours, capacity planning, etc) as they are developed

  • Be Primary Point of Contact for a subset of client engagements

  • Provide project overflow coverage to support aligned team

  • Serve as an escalation point for aligned team when working through client commitments, escalations, or additional support needed

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales representatives, software engineers, learning and development specialists, and product developers, to ensure excellence within the implementation process. Effective communication and coordination with stakeholders are essential.

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with software implementation projects. This involves developing contingency plans, monitoring potential issues, and resolving conflicts that may arise during the implementation process.

  • Oversee the training, testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that the implemented software meets the defined requirements and adheres to quality standards. This includes conducting user acceptance testing and addressing any identified defects or issues.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing lessons learned from previous software implementations.

 

Position Proficiencies and Requirements

 
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience successfully managing complex projects/teams as a leader, project manager, implementation consultant or equivalent.

  • Experience with billing/claims/revenue cycle management, within the therapy space

  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to align projects with strategic goals and business objectives.

  • Sound understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
