Leads the design, delivery, and optimization of the organization’s learning ecosystem, with primary ownership of the Learning Management System (LMS) and learning design standards. This role oversees the LMS team and leaders responsible for individual contributor learning programs, including new hire orientation and School at Work (SAW). Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure learning solutions align with enterprise priorities and support system-wide workforce development. Expertise in learning technologies, governance models, and organizational consulting, with the ability to solve complex problems across both the Workday ecosystem and broader organizational structures.Job Duties:
